M said to me today that "everyday is like Christmas for you now!" and it's true. Today we got garage door openers, tomorrow we get a fence. We're also moving in, slowly but surely. Pool "pre-plaster" walk-through happens on Friday, so they may really be done next week. We'll see.

Some of these are from last night, but the pool ones are from today :D

Today was installation day at the house. We got the fridge, washer, dryer, water softener, and we also got tv and low voltage/security remotes installed. Plus, they poured the pool deck, and finished the tile, and weeping wall.

Here's one half of the pool as it is right now (comping done, rock work partway through, tile not started). The other half is below.

They finished the coping yesterday, and placed a few more rocks. No pics, but I'll take some today.

WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It takes 100 days to build a house!

Tons of progress today!

I didn't stop by yesterday, But Fuz said there was a paint crew there - probably taking care of the interior touch-ups and the exterior corrections/finishes. No progress on the pool. We have made arrangements to set up utilities on Monday, so we're pretty much done!

Final walkthrough today. We got to put green tape on everything that wasn't perfect. It took 3 hours (but our realtor has a really good eye!) The house is done - everything that's left is fixing up and minor (with the exception of foundation and garage door paint - which should happen tomorrow).

We have our final walk-through tomorrow, mostly everything's done. Should be getting keys on Friday!
