Same as yesterday, definite signs of progress - but I just couldn't tell what had been done! Some of the pics looks like 'Luis' is addressing some of the notes left for him, others just look different from yesterday, but I can't tell why. Judge for yourself.

@somaria: for realz, does he work in construction?

@mummy: Fuz say he coulda do the SWPPP himself (for free!) and about the speed - it helps that they probably not building anything else right now (cos housing so slow).

I kinda knew - but it never really clicked until you made that comment. And then I thought I made it up in my head, so I was just double-checking :)
